Job Description

All duties and responsibilities applies to all current markets (Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar)
* Internal Audit
1. For each legal entity, determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
2. Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives, policies, laws and regulations
3. Obtain, analyst and evaluate accounting documentation, previous data, flowchart ,etc
4. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure that validity, compliance and risks control
5. Identify loopholes and recommend risks aversion measure and cost savings
6. Maintain regular communication with management and Group legal counsel
7. Ensure continuous knowledge development regarding sectors’ rules, regulation, best pratices, tools, techniques and performances standards
* Special Projects
1. Identify and recommend projects aiming at improving the Group and the Group’s entities compliance to IAS, VAS, laws and regulations
2. For each project initiated by management
- Define the project scope and a comprehensive plan, including resources planning
- Responsible for the project plan implementation
- Communicate the plan to and organize/ coordinate the work with all parties involved
- Regularly communicate on status and progress
* Project Accounting
1. In coordination with the Finance Director prepare a Master Plan covering all Group entities
2. Contribute to the definition of the new Accounting and Information System, (AX based) design aiming at providing the technical platform supporting the project, definition headed by the Finance Director
3. For each entity and coordination with the Finance Director
- Calrify the scope of work and project objectives
- Propose a working methodology and project plan, including resources planning
- In coordination with the Finance team, implement and measure progress
- Update management on a regular basis and recommend course of action when needed

Job Requirement

- A degree in Financial Accounting and Management
- A CPA or an MBA would be a big advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar role. Prefer candidates have experience in Big 4 (Audit Manager)
- Must have knowledge of current law of tax and trade.
- Must have solid experience in audit (external and/ or internal) as well as audit project management;
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to the Board of Directors;
- Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach;
- Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles. • Experience in ERP systems (AX is a plus)
- Good communication in English. French is a plus
