Employment Information

Job Description

  • Answer the telephone in accordance to the TNT Express telephone policy
  • Proactive approach to customer requirements based on historic transactions, if applicable
  • Proactively provide customers with accurate product and pricing information based on their needs
  • Proactively ensure that customers are aware of necessary paperwork and any special instructions
  • Communicate accurate and complete shipments statuses from the track and trace system
  • Provide solutions and alternatives based on customer needs
  • Promote premium products based on customer needs
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Job Requirement

  • University/ college graduated
  • Knowledge of Import-Export/ Foreign Trade is preferrable
  • Customer service mindset
  • Fluent in English writing and speaking
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good communication skills with pro-active mindset

Work in line with assigned shift hours (from 05.00pm – 11.00pm for 2 - 3 days/ week)
