Job Description

  1. Lead the teams of GA (staff, drivers, cleaners) & canteen
  2. Follow up all contracts periodically & occasionally of HR & GA Dept.
  3. Supervise purchasing of related office supplies
  4. Manage office services, including of mail delivery, cleaning, stationery, maintenance…
  5. Control, monitor maintenance, apply road using fee, verify for company cars
  6. Manage, follow & apply all permits for expats (visa, passport, residence card…)
  7. Manage & control canteen operation
  8. Responsibilities in all activities related HR&GA cost.
  9. Making, editing, revising documents & procedures of HR&GA Department
  10. Other responsibilities as per assignment of superior/ direct manager.

Job Requirement

  1. Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  2. Experience: At least 3 year-experience at the same role with multinational companies
  3. Languages: Good command in English (a must)
  4. Other requirements:
  • Microsoft Skill: Word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Priority for candidates with experience in charge of insource Canteen management & Expats’ profiles.
