Ø Supervising day-to-day operations of Admin, Safety, Environment, Clinic, Security, Cleaning sections and staff members.
Ø Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
Ø Developing, reviewing, and improving systems and SOPs for Admin, Safety, Environment, Clinic, Security Cleaning sections.
Ø Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Ø Working with accounting and BOD to set Admin budget, monitor spending, and other expenses.
Ø To be in charge of company events such as Year end party, new year partiy, outing trips …
Ø Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Ø Oversee facilities services and maintenance
Ø Make sure the factory and office are cleaned and tidy
Ø Ensuring the factory is security and safe. Preventing losses and damage.
Ø Ensuring the fire fighting system is always in good working condition and is tested regularly.
Ø Ensuring all members of fire fighting team is trained by local FF police and practices periodically.
Ø Planning and analyzing the risks of safety and fire expolsion for improvement and minimizing the accidents
Ø Ensuring the (working) environment is measured and monitored quarterly and yearly as the law.
Ø Ensuring the waste water treatment system (WWTS) is always in good working condtion and the output of waste water is as the standard.
Ø Ensuring the clinic is always ready for giving first aid service properly to accident (if any).

From 28 to 40 years old. Female or male.
Minimum 5 years of administration management experiences
Good computer skill in MS word. Excel, Access.
Good communication in Vietnamese and English
Strong communication, leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills
Proactive, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and teamwork
Can work under high pressure
