Job Description

  • Coordinate with department manager to draft, translate, update current’s company policy.
  • Coordinate with GA to draft, change and update reports
  • Stationery management
  • Find and direct expat at site to see their apartment
  • Manage and renew your apartment rental contracts when it expires
  • Support foreign guests/expat to prepare necessary documents for visa to Vietnam (HCM)
  • Prepare proposals / notices / decisions from GA and send notices to departments and branches
  • Arrange and remind monthly presentations from departments in HCM
  • Renting wifi for BOD and employees during business trips
  • And other assigned administrative tasks.

Job Requirement

  • Good command of MS (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • At least 1 year experience 
  • English: basic
  • Professional, “can do” attitude Proactive
  • Multi task skill
