Job Description

• Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, AC, pantry, snacks.

• Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support function

• Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies

• Coordinate travel arrangements (e.g. hotel reservation, transport/taxi etc.)

• Assist with preparing reimbursement, voucher and other claim

• Updating employee attendance (absence, leave)

• Reconcile timesheets and leave records

• Assist with preparations for visitors (hotel reservations, dinner reservations, ordering lunch and/or refreshments, preparing meeting room, etc.)

Job Requirement

Graduated in related major

Min 1-2 years at the same position

Can communicate in English

Willing to do multiple tasks

Ability to work under high pressure,good team-work skills
