Job Description

  • Manage general office activities such as greeting visitors, documentation filing, office equipment.
  • Manage the operation of catering service, security, cleaning, transportation, HSE, Fire Fighting
  • Supervising the office purchasing activity (stationery, office tool & equipment and so on).
  • Responsible as front line of company in outside’s partner diplomatic/maintain relationship (authority, public relation and so on).

Working time: 7:30AM – 4:30PM Mon-Sat

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in related filed as in human resources, business administration, Law…
  • Having minimum 1-2 years of experience in GA position,
  • Good English communication
  • Gender: Preferably male, but open to female as well
