Job Description

  • Develop a strategic framework of business for clinic
  • Responsible for planning and managing the operations of the centers to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals
  • Maximize clinic’s profitability
  • Responsible for short and long term planning
  • Recommends and manage the clinic’s budget to achieve approved plans and objectives
  • Lead and guide marketing team to achieve the set marketing KPIs
  • Work directly with the Human Resources function, to ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching, counselling and developing of team members
  • Work with oversea and local industry players to expand and establish seamless network of care for patients
  • Other tasks which are assigned by Board of Director.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree, Master degree in Business Admininistration, Health Management, Public health
  • Knowledge of medical English is a plus
  • Knowledge of common medical procedures is a plus 
  • Understanding of Hospital workflows, inter-departmental relationships and departmental responsibilities 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Computer Skills 
  • Communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Leadership and decision-making skill 
  • Teambuilding skill 
  • Ability to remain calm and poised under pressure and crisis management 
  • Leadership skill and coaching skill 
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills.
