Job Description

  • Taking care of clients, building good relationships, expanding the volume and new clients
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
  • Works closely with Customer Support Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year working as Account/B2B Sales/Business Development/Customer Service or equivalent position.
  • Basic knowledge about Delivery, Logistics service in Vietnam, import/export
  • Good presentation and communication skills 
  • Good Computer (especially office: excel, power point) skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure
