Job Description

1. Function 1: Manage activities of Vietravel Singapore

- Establish HR plan and deploy all Vietravel Singapore’s department
- Develop business strategy for short term, mid-term and long term
- Manage and follow up all department progress
- Evaluate Vietravel Singapore’s performances and report to superior to make
adjustment if necessary

2. Function 2: Marketing and establish travel services development system

- Build up marketing and PR plan and travel services development system according
to Head quarter’s plan
- Select communication channel and manage product’s distribution channel in
Singapore market
- Enlarge market development system to sell services by different means, associate
with other individual, organization, business unit in US

3. Function 3: Establish product/services
- Study and establish a variety of products/services to meet Singapore market’s
- Associate with suppliers to create a diversity of products/services
- Cooperate with departments such as Leisure, MICE, Purchasing to create
products/services adapted to Vietnamese clients for travel in Singapore
4. Function 4: Establish Corporate culture
- Build up HR plan based on each employee needs and expectations.
- Establish Conduct code, Co-operate culture and Healthy work environment.
- Develop work processes, coordinate with departments in Unit and with Head

Job Requirement

  •  Bachelor degree
  • Good English communication skill
  • IT skill: Manage Office tools and product system.
  • Knowledge: Religion, politics, sociology, economic, history, literature, art...
  • Working in group and alone
  • Taking initiative in building plans, programs and in performing, controlling, checking up…
  • Good health, work under pressure, capable of observe, manage, assign job to others and check up
  • Capable of observe, manage, assign job to others and check up
  • 4-5 years experiences in Business Management and Service – Tourism
