Job Description


· Ensure service agreement with customer

· Comply standard process and regulations

· Integrity and transparent

· Manage and drive employee to meet operation target and improve customer experience

· Cost management


· Manage the daily operations of the PUD.

· Ensure professional delivery and pickup operations

· Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.

· control of the COD process

· oversee PUD staffs’ compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash

· solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity

· Monitor stock, cycle count and ensure shipment is kept in good condition

· Functional service performance is followed up, root cause analysis, action taken to fix issue properly

· Facility, tool & equipment is maintained in good condition and available for daily operations


· Cooperate with Sales, Business Development team to advise solution from Operations side in order to meet customer requirement

· Cascade customized operation process and training for GSO/Dispatcher to run project smoothly

· Follow up project performance to meet committed KPIs

· Coaching team to make sure SOP compliance


· Functional cost is monitoring and controlling within budget and effective usage.

· SOP is periodically reviewed, updated

· Proactive to suggest initiatives to improve process, productivity and motivate staff idea contribution

· 5S facility implementation to make sure infrastructure, tool & equipment, layout in good maintenance.


· Manage and develop staff

· Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.

· Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.

· Consult performance appraisal.

· Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of company objectives and targets.

· Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

Job Requirement

·         Strong leadership skill

·         Preferably same position in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent, E-commerce experience are advantages

·         Comfortable in interacting with multi levels

·         Good at managing cost, operations

·         Written and verbal English is a plus

·         Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working. Can-do mentality – Do not take no for an answer

·         Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
