- Work closely with MD on the Strategic Key Categories about: Product concept, 3C Analysis, Assortment plan, Monthly & Quarterly Sales plans in order to achieve the Sales & GP budget
- Working on the data for Analysis and keep MD updated with Market Trend of product/category, Competitor benchmark…
- Propose Innovative Ideas, New Product Development, New Proposal to support Business development
- Support MDs in negotiation with suppliers on Price, Trade Terms, Promotion Plan to get the best offer
- Work with MD on developing Planogram/Schematic plan for product display; and coordinate with SV/OPR to ensure selling floor always well-maintained
- Manage the Purchase-Sales-Inventory of all Departments
- Coordinate with GB Manager to work on the Layout, Fixture for New Store Opening (NSO) / Store Renovation
- Do weekly Market & Competitor survey
- Coordinate activities with other departments of the company.
- Train & Mentor BEAUTY MD, Assistant MD, store staffs of GB
- Other tasks might be assigned by superiors
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University / College degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
- 03-year experience in retail with the same categories or department
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Show the passion of the merchandise career, wide knowledge about Health & Beauty Retail industry
- Customer-focused / Customer Oriented mind set
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, Presentation skill
- Self-disciplined with ability to manage & support well under staff
- Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
