Job Description

Purpose and Objectives of the Role

  • We are looking for a talented Office Manager at Hanoi branch to assign and direct all work performed in the branch. You will manage all staff at Hanoi included sale team, customer service, warehouse and logistic, foster a positive environment and ensure the operation at HN smoothly work and proper HN branch operation.

Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis
  • Be responsible for implementing and maintaining company policies & procedure
  • Visit and manage relationship with customers
  • Drive, coach sale team and customer service team to achieve target
  • Monitor warehouse and logistic to ensure stock sufficiently
  • Coach, mentor and discipline office staff
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance
  • Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees
  • Responsible for ensuring financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, business plan to achieve the sale target.
  • Coordinate with other departments in HCM office to achieve company’s goal
  • Make weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to line manager of headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City
  • Other task assigned by line manager

2.Knowledge / Experience

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position or Office manager/Branch manager/ sale manager  ...
  • Wholesale or retail experience is a plus
  • Experience in Optical industry will be an advantage
  • Strong at sale management is an advantage
  • Required travel within Vietnam
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management

3.Qualifications: Education / Qualification / Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
