Senior Sales Executive (Living) is responsible for sales activities in Hanoia’s furniture showroom and delivering quality and consistency of service including identifying customers’ needs, developing client relationships, sales and delivering post-sale services.
1. Be responsible for sales activities
Actively seek potential client via network, event, exhibition… and walk-in clients at store.
Present Hanoia products, suggest interior setup options to clients. Continuously learn and update knowledge about furniture products and Hanoia’s direct competitors to sort out our Unique selling point
Collaborate with other internal departments to follow up clients’ customization requirements.
Follow production and delivering process, to make sure the products are delivered on time and of good quality
Work with Accounting team to follow payments
2. Maintain store and service’s standards
Keep and record report on sales activities
Implement sales plans, liaise with back office to run marketing and promotion campaigns
Clean and tidy up store and products, maintain showroom’s standards as required by the Company’s policy
3. Other tasks
Take care of administrative tasks as assigned by Store manager/Supervisor
Other tasks as per required by Store Manager
At least 3 years’ experience at the same position
Economy, Commerce… or related fields
Considerable knowledge in Furniture
Experience in selling furniture products, project sales
Experience in sales field with high-end products, luxury industry is a plus
