Job Description

■Job Responsibilities

  • Support customers daily via email, phone, forums or other communication channels
  • Deliver solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers to resolve their issues.
  • Ensure that all requests are followed up and closed effectively
  • Document procedures and common requests and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Ensure that support SLAs are being achieved and exceeded
  • Maintain logs and generate status summaries for management team
  • Improve support practices wherever possible
  • Act as a customer advocate by creating enhancement requests
  • Build relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Assists with the development and improvement of work instructions, procedures, standards and documentation.
  • Be available to provide on call support or work nights

■Salary: 2000$ (NET)

■Working time (Làm việc theo giờ Mỹ)

21h – 6h (Vietnamese time)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service/support role or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of IT is required
  • Good understanding of cloud software and web applications
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively
  • Familiar with financial concepts and terms
  • Passionate about helping people
  • Eagerness to learn and able to juggle many tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
