Aquire new local KA (HORECA channel)

Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to execuse in outlet activities

Manage distribution & availability

Update information of customers

Achieved Sales target

Monitor volume growth

Resolve customer complaints

Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS

Manange & align on contract & activatio plan

Manage & align company's assets complinace in the outlet execution plan

Recruite & select sales staff

Train & coach staff

Maintain staff discipline

Job Requirement

University/Bachelor’s degree: Preffered

Planning & problem solving skill

Basic computer skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Interpersonal skill

Result- oriented

Financial understanding

Basic understand on shopper marketing
