Job Description

  1.  Leads direct and develops the respective sales organization in terms of its structure, people and performance to achieve maximum efficiency& effectiveness.
  2.  Coach team members on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
  3.  Translate local business plans into sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team, in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy for assigned geography, channel and customers.
  4.  Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunities area and adopt procedures. Ensure timely Acc receivable
  5.  Allocate resources according to up-to-date customer categorization to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
  6.  Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
  7.  Performs negotiation on contract and conditions with key customers including preparation and conduction of business plan within the level of authority.
  8.  Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising and distribution to internal stakeholders via market knowledge and customer insight.
  9.  Defines and secures implementation of sales plan of the area of responsibility, based on overall related business objectives and strategies, by setting targets and following up performance include deciding on corrective actions as needed to achieve objectives and implement best practices.
  10.  Builds and maintain a strong relationship with customers and clear customer communication strategy following overall business customer strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term profitable growth.
  11.  Manages and executes sales and marketing approach, customer mix and volume mix to optimize profitability and fulfill overall relevant business goals.
  12.  Ensure that all products and business dealings within the Country are abiding by the legal and regulatory framework of the Country in which business operates.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in Sales at least 8-10 years (General with distributor management and Modern Trade) in FMCG industry
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of sales & marketing operation and the business processes would be an advantage.
  • Experience in working with major FMCG distributors or as a principal representative handling distributor. Strong operation skill & Knowledgeable in know-how on import/ export terms and process.
  • Highly analytical and resourceful enough to know where and how to get data within a distributorship environment and the ability to going and coming out with insights on gaps and opportunities
    by channel.
  • Demonstrate leadership skill to train & develop distributor team according to company trade execution
  • Fluent in English
