Job Description

  • Daily online sales orders & customer interaction follow-up (40%): (Daily tasks)

- Follow daily online sales until finishing delivery:
- Check inventory of displaying SKU, especially best sellers & promoted models
- Follow & support new orders, pending orders & out-of-stock orders.
- Contact shop managers & dealers PIC to proceed pending orders or transfer out-of-stock orders.
- Contact with vendors for arise issues related to delivery, payment, 0% instalment etc.

  • Manage & deal with questions, comments, complaints from online customers:

- Stand by to answer online customers question related to products, price, promotion & other web policy.
- Stand by to answer customer call via web hotline
- Monitor answers & comments of Sony Centers follow guidelines.
- Take note & transfer tough questions, complaint to related teams.

  • Promote Sony Center promotions, activities and new products online (40%):

- Share promotions, activities & new products of Sony Centre via social platforms: Facebook groups, forums, etc.
- Utilize partners’ channels to promote Sony Centre offers & campaigns.
- Update monthly & weekly workshop schedule at Sony Centers on website.
- Extract customers’ registration for activities and send out system sms, enews letters.

  • Support to settle KB for dealers (20%): (Monthly tasks)

- Compose announcement, agreements, confirmation letters for promotion campaigns & activities.
- Send & collect paperwork from dealers for promotion settlement (contracts, agreements, invoices).
- Consolidate & update payment progress file and solve issues that slow down payment.

Job Requirement

  • University or College degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field.
  • From 1 to 2 years of working experiences Customer Experience, Online sales, Marketing, Sales Administration.
  • Intermediate English speaking & writing (TOEIC > 550).
  • Online sales management.
  • Organization & interpersonal skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Customer service mind-set.
  • Good communication skills.
