Coordinate and work with hiring manager on recruitment needs and plan.
Prepare and post job ads, sourcing candidates and execute the recruitment and selection process & ensure the quality of people recruited in the area assigned.
Update recruitment database and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Review, evaluate and recommend sources of candidates.
Employer branding (events, fanpages, programs, work with newspapers, universities, colleges, training centres, and HR consultants.and etc)
Manage and develop recuitment fanpage
Review and conduct orientation, on-boarding programs for new employees
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager
Other duties assigned by department manager
■ Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management.Experience
■ Minimum 1 year of experience in the similar positionWork related skills
