GHTK is looking for a Business Development Leader with the mission to develop and maintain effective client relationships by seeking client requirements and creating solutions whilst ensuring and exceeding the business goals and objectives of the company.
I/ WHAT TO DO?
GHTK is seeking for a Leader who will lead Business Development Team in XFAST PROJECT (2-hour delivery service) at HCMC and take charge of the following tasks:
1/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGIES:
– Promote & build awareness of XFAST service to existing or prospective clients;
– Develop the business, build-up/maintain good client relationship;
– Collect/relay market information to superior maximizing business opportunities;
– Cooperate & synergize with other Leaders/ Managers to meet corporate objectives and ensure an active sales pipeline.
2/ TEAM MANAGEMENT:
– Lead a team and develop business plans to achieve the given targets;
– Select talents according to business plans;
– Train staff continuously to make sure they do their jobs effectively;
– Monitor staff’s activities to achieve the assigned targets and measure team performance;
– Recognize & reward sale members to maximize sales performance;
– Other tasks assigned by the managers.

III/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Age: 1994 – 1996. Graduated from top universities in majors: Economics, Business Administration, Management, E-commerce,…;
– Had at least 1 year of leadership experience in Sales with specific achievements;
– Smart, flexible and dynamic;
– Good communication and understanding customer insight;
– Systematic and logical mindset;
– Strong analytical skill, strategic planning, and an ability to multitask, work independently under tight deadlines.
