Job Description

Provide day-to-day HR support for the Company’s employees in HCMC office and the Financial Consultants (as necessary) in the South, all in compliance with Company HR policies, statutory obligations and best practices.

  1. Working closely with line managers, assisting them to understand and implement HR policies and procedures
  2. Management of recruitment and selection activities for employees under Financial Consultants (FCs) model in the South and for HCMC office which includes formulation of job descriptions, advertising and management of interview process, making job offer and conduct reference check.
  3. Devise social channels and other channels to source and attract candidates
  4. Participate in job fairs and career guidance seminars wherever appropriate.
  5. Build a system to track applicants and engage them about future job vacancies
  6. Perform recruitment analysis and reports to support HRBP Manager in recruitment strategy formulation
  7. Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process and set continuous plan for improvement.
  8. Organise employee on-boarding with different stakeholders, advise and support the employees during their employment, and handling the exit process for HCMC Office.
  9. Support and advise HRBP Manager on staff issues cases in the South
  10. Lead and manage various HR projects as directed by the HRBP Manager and in line with HR objectives.
  11. Support Office Director / HRBP Manager in organising staff engagement activities for the employees in HCMC Office
  12. Other tasks as assigned by line manager and Head of HRA.

Job Requirement

  • University degree in Business Administration, Social Science or related field;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment field in service industry with hand’s on experience in mass recruitment.  Experience in insurance/ banking a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoke English

  • Good network with market workforce
  • Having experience in mass recruitment
