Job Description

· Reporting directly to the Head of Collection of AsiaCollect, Head of Collection, responsible for managing Soft collection, Field collection and Skip tracer.

· Lead the Soft Collection team to gain maximum performance and team dedication

· Manage and evaluate employee’s performance and provides guidance and feedback

· Develop and manage Soft Collection strategies on regular basis following champion/challenger approach

· Initiate and lead the process of Field Collection systems’ improvements, development and collection process automation

· Analyse collection metrics and adjust process to improve main indicators related to collection to ensure profitable operation.

· Develop and control Supervisors' work

· Report to Management, guarantee quality and timely feedback.

· Provide corresponding department with relevant application to ensure stable collection activities (but not limited to recruitment need, training request, materials or system updates, etc.)

· Develop and constantly improve content for all collection tools, as conversation scripts, sms, letters, IVR messages etc. in order to ensure budgeted recovery ratio

Job Requirement

·         Passionate about and have 3+ years of hands-on experience in setting-up, developing and managing operations in collections or call center/customer care business on Vietnamese market. International experience is an advantage.

·         Excellent people management and leadership skills.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         High level of responsibility and self-motivation.

·         Have a bachelor’s degree in business/commerce, science, engineering or equivalent, international degree is an advantage.

·         Fluent Vietnamese & English is a must.

·         Want to be challenged and looking for a high growth environment personally and professionally.

·         Have good presentation skills and public speaking

·         Detail oriented person, good in figures
