Job Description

  • Implement and follow the Customer Strategy defined by the Company.
  • Communicate, manager, supervise and motivate Customers that S/he will be responsible for according to the KPI’s Which are:
  • Increasing of her/his own portfolio in sales & profit.
  • Activating the new customers of his/her own portfolio.
  • The buying rate of his/her portfolio.
  • Recruit new customer into his/her portfolio
  • According to the customer demands, needs and expectations and Heineken assortment, propose and sell solution for customers.
  • To build a positive company image and maintain good long terms relationship with customers.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor and experienced in Sales.
  • Two year minimum experience in sales, Corporate sales will be a plus.
  • Knowledge about: Customer knowledge according to the specialization, market , product, IT ( Power Point, Excel, word).
  • Skills in: Selling, negotiation, communication, time management
  • Behaviours: Customer oriented- Listener-Observer-Confident- Flexible- Self efficient- Well organized- Problem solver- Result oriented- Team player- Service oriented.
