1. JOB DESCRIPTION/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Build up Credit Card business product/process. Monitor, review, evaluate financial indicators, product quality, process periodically and make improvements (if any);
Develop and manage customer experience and business partnership to increase market share and expand partner networks;
Responsible for credit card usage monitoring. Coordinate with all key stakeholders including but not limited to Risk, Finance & Acct., IT, Business Operations, UND, MKT, Sales, Collection etc. to handle and control credit card usage;
Ensure good control on credit card business daily operation, to track business plans, suggest and take corrective measures where needed and control risk factor at lowest level;
Coordinate with all key merchants in categories where MAFC credit card holders spend regularly including those entities such as bill payment aggregators, loyalty service providers etc.;
Continuously offer most effective usage and loyalty program for MAFC credit card holders and making MAFC Credit Card a most preferred payment instrument in customer’s wallet.
2. JOB REQUIREMENT / YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
At least 7-10 years of solid experience in credit card business in banks or in consumer lending institutions; having in-depth knowledge of credit card product and process;
Complete understanding of the cards’ customer life cycle management, segment dynamics, usage and loyalty programs for credit cards, risk and reward metrics for cards business, anti-attrition and customer retention strategies;
Specialized understanding of the card spend program, portfolio actions and their impact on product profitability;
Readiness and willingness to digital transformation;
Careful, integrity, innovative and well adaptable to changes.

Working time: 5 days per/ week (from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
Annual leave: 12 days per/ year and 3 days of summer leaves
