The Head of Ecommerce is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and website design, customer services, web analytics and web technologies
ROLES:
Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions
Plan for Full Year Trade Plan and Promotion.
Responsible to build and maintain the Advance Digital Capabilities for Customers in both Communication and Payment
Develop and maintain the B2B Online Platform to approach B2B Customer
Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.
Control Budgets and allocate resources amongst Projects
Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners

Job Requirement
University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Marketing, eMarketing or related subjects
Experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce
Excellent Leadership and Organizing Skill
Analytical and Creative thinking
Expert in Online Marketing techniques and best practices
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
