Job Description


Head of Operations Support is responsible for supervising operation and support activities of the department to ensure IT services operate stably and effectively, well serve business activities of departments in the Company.


  • Responsible for the smooth running of the Applications, and ensure applications is meeting the functionalities built in, having the knowledge of the application behavior.

  • Issues reported over the application will be reviewed and addressed by this team, resolve technical support tickets via telephone, chat, email and sometimes in-person.

  • Perform the day to day IT operations related to creation of new users, manage admin related operations on the Digital platform.

  • Responsible for overseeing activities related to telecom, network administration, server and database administration, and IT security areas

  • Carrying out installation of necessary software, as well as the safe protection of the IT base of the company by installing necessary protection tools, such as the Anti-virus software and other software needs.

  • Provide cloud expertise to customers and partners by providing configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers and support customers in day to day issues on the cloud, and handle the day-to-day management of clients’ cloud-based solutions.

  • Support the digital platform deployment successfully on the cloud.

Job Requirement

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology with at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT support services and infrastructure.

  • Have a working knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to cloud computing

  • Have knowledge of emerging container management platforms like Kubernetes and Docker

  • Understand terminology and concepts across popular public cloud services, including the “cloud computing stack,” i.e., Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).

  • Familiar with AWS cloud solutions.

  • Knowledgeable in one or more popular operating systems such as Linux, Unix & Windows.

  • Need exceptional and verbal and written communication skills to assist users.
