• To build and maintain an aggressive sales team by implementing effective sales strategy according to the Company’s direction and goals.
• Set up KPI and review system for sales team and monitor department performance, ensure sales targets are met
• Develop new business opportunity to win business that can significantly increase sales and improve profitability through innovative marketing and leads generation activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to expand the source of leads through regional strategy and promotions
• Work closely with CS and Marketing team for retention management strategies to maintain client loyalty
• Responsible for team management to leverage individual’s potentials to carry out effective operation.
• Provide regular verbal and documented reporting to headquarter.
• University Degree or equivalent preferred
• 5 years or above sales management experience in life insurance or other financial services industry.
• Experience in team building / team expansion is highly preferable
• Strong leadership skills - able to lead, inspire, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver business performance in a positive way
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills – able to make business-aligned and timely decisions to adapt changes.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to a demanding role
