ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and review outlets’ performance
Provide adequate guidance, product information and support to help outlet owners achieve sales targets
Develop and implement processes and action plans to increase sales
Work closely with marketing team on advertising and promotional programs
Executive and drive marketing initiatives at outlets
Collaborate with Sales Expansion team on pre-opening activities such as pre-launch meeting, product training, promotional programs etc.
Build effective relationship with outlet owners to drive sales
Develop and update training materials
Conduct trainings for new and existing outlet owners and shop assistants.
Ensure consistent implementation of Tupperware policies, principles and philosophies as well as safeguarding Company image
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Minimum 1-year of sales experience in FMCG/ retail industry
Target driven, highly committed and ability to work independently
A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Adaptable and flexible to changes
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Passion in cooking is an added advantage
Able to travel for business trips within Vietnam
