Job Description

Aviva is looking for a Customer Care Executive liaison between our company and customers. The successful candidates will be responsible to conduct customer care activities and support the operation objectives of the company.

What we expect you to deliver:

  • Definition of customer service strategy and processes in support of the vision, mission, values & business strategy of the company.
  • Responsible for promoting an environment where a risk management culture can flourish.
  • Ensure that the risks associated with all business decisions in own area of the business are understood and managed so that they are within the agreed risk appetite.
  • Conduct and follow designed customer care programs including VIP customers to provide daily care service within service standards and KPIs
  • Perform well to deal with pressure and difficult situations and assure a supportive working environment with cooperation to provide the best quality of service to customers at any touch points (phone, email, letter…) and accordant with company procedures
  • Communicate/ cooperate with respective branch/departments and follow-up on remedial actions in customer service, customer care, complaint handling activities (endorsements letters, customer’s feedbacks, care programs, customer events…)
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint to explain the best solution to solve the problem and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Contribute to team with best effort by accomplishing related KPIs
  • Participate in system enhancement activities (UAT, new product/service testing…)
  • Ensure all assigned tasks and reports are handled and submitted efficiently.
  • Ensure that risks taken in own areas of work are controlled within approved limits.
  • Complete assigned tasks as of Section Head’s requirements

Job Requirement

How we describe a good-fit candidate:

  • University graduate (Sector priorities: Insurance and Banking, Social Sciences and Humanities, Business Administration)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills;
  • Team work and positive attitude;
  • Service innovation and service quality improvement initiatives;
  • Good computer skills and proficient in data entry/word processing: Internet, MS – Office…
  • Foreign language: Fluent in English (written & spoken)
