Job Description

The Senior Spacialist – will in charge of processing all transaction type of customer requests (Alterration part) or applying premium that collected from non-cash method into Life Asia (Premium Control part); leader/manage team members.

  • Check validity of customer alteration or/and reinstatement requests and process on the procedure (Alteration part)/ Handle all bank statement transations from all bank accounts (Premium Control part).
  • Payment client benefit: Loan, Partial withdrawal, Surrender, Maturity…(Alteration part)/Refund money that not yet apply into Life Asia (Premium Control part).
  • Support to other departments for complaint cases, special approvement…
  • Statistic and propose solution for special cases.
  • Review and enhance workflow/processes to maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Suggest solutions to improve the process.
  • Advise, guide, coaching for team member.
  • Build premium collection report for statistic, repoting (Premium Control part).

Job Requirement

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS 

  • University graduate (Sector priorities: Finance, Insurance and Banking, Economics, Business Administration);
  • LOMA certificate is preferred

SKILL & COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENT:

  • Having the experience of policy owner service/customer services activities is a must.
  • Having the experience in Core Life Asia system is an added advantage.
  • Good computer skills and proficient in MS–Office.
  • Having the experience in Core life UAT system testing is an added advantage
  • Positive work attitude;
  • Good team player and co-operative;
  • Ability to identify, analyse, organise and solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner; 
  • Strong orientation towards customer service with pragmatic business and efficiency mindset, attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills;
  • Service innovation and service quality improvement initiatives;
