+ Aviva is looking for a Specialist to join our Property Management team in Vietnam office.
+ As an integral member of our Property team, you will support to set up and manage offices under Aviva business expansion plan in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
+ Contribute effective technical supports and solutions to the execution plans/ activities of premises expansion and maintenance
+ Control qualities and progress of each office development project
+ Work closely with property brokers, landlords, designers, fit out vendors, maintenance vendors and other relevant parties to work out best way out for each situation; build good relations with all of related parties.
+ Propose the best property solutions to stakeholders and end user after carefully examining the situation and gathering sufficient information.
+ Set up new working premises, maintaining offices and renewing rental contracts in accordance with Group and Aviva Vietnam’s standards, policies, regulations, and procedures;
+ Handle finalization with vendors and hand-over to users.
+ Receive all feedbacks from stakeholders and end-users and propose adequate solutions;
+ Provide timely reports and updates to stakeholders to keep track the status of property projects.
Budget and Contract Management
+ Propose budget reports, advise and check the actual expenses on project basis
+ Ensure that works are carried out in line with the terms of contracts, agreed timescales and within approved budgets;
