Job Description

  • Handle work permit, visa, temporary residence card for expatriates.

  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, transportation, and making hotel and restaurant reservations, visa.

  • In charge of accommodation arrangement for expatriates and VIP at the company dormitory/ hotels.

  • Make payment requests and record administration expenses.

  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.

  • Organizing special functions and internal events

  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials.

  • Assisting other departments (such as financial department or HR) with administrative or clerical support

  • Perform Other duties as and when assigned by managers.

Job Requirement

  • University graduated in Administrative & HR is preferred
  • Two years experienced in Admin & HR field is required.
  • Good commend in English skills, speaking, writing, ,..
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, word, Power Points, Email…
  • Hard working, Team work and ready to accept challenge
