Job Description

1 Recruitment & Training:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process (receive recuitment requirement, draft job description, publish recruitment ads, screening CVs, arrange interviews, evaluating applicant qualifications, shortlisting candidates before employers interview them...)
  • Responsible for preparation of offer letter, personal document submit, and procedure making for newcomers…
  • Managing the probation period of successful staff
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding process for all factory employees
  • Mare reports on recruitment process
  • Make and control the contracts signed by employees
  • Responsible for orrientation for new members.

2. C&B:

  • Computation, preparation and processing of the monthly payroll. Ensure the accuracy and smooth of C&B operation: healthcare insurance and payroll.
  • Control and archive labor documents
  • Make monthly reports regarding to headcount, turnover, absence, overtime and other report related to salary, SI, HI, UI.
  • Complete SI, HI, UI, following the sickness leave, maternity leave….or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
  • Control and maintain all personnel information and ensure that it is updated
  • Registration procedure of labor to comply labor and tax
  • Tax discounts and related payments
  • Preparation of PIT tax report

3. Administrative:

  • Organize the company events, activities (birthday celebration, year-end party,...)
  • Manage the repair and maintenance of office and factory facilities
  • Manage necessary tools of company : stationery, water…

4. Other tasks as assigned by MGR HR & Site Director

Working place: Lot A3-1, Dai Dong Hoan Son Industrial Park, Hoan Son, Tien Du, Bac Ninh

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in HR/Business Administration or related fields
  • English: communication
  • Ms Office: proficient, special: Excel skill
  • At least 3 year experience in the field of HR Admin at manufacturing companies
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Code, regulations and practices.
  • High sense of responsibility, good team spirit, driven and target oriented.
  • Can work independently or team work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; communication and negotiation;
