Coordinate with Cross-Functional Trainers to organise courses according to the Country training plan on time.
Manage monthly training record and report and ensures day-to-day training data are recorded and entered into the system accurately through regular system audits.
Support with organising learning event using proper training design techniques to promote learning culture and learning methods following learning design process.
Response to enquiries from employees, managers and external agencies (such as government departments or insurers) about individual and organization-wide human resource information, without compromising the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality.
Support with development program to develop capabilities, performance and potential of our people's in line with current, future needs of business and best practices.
2 year experiences in Training or Event/program support

Computer skill with Excel & Powerpoint
Good communication in both English (TOEIC 700) & Vietnamese
