Job Description

  • Provide HR consultancy for all HR related topics for Directors, Departments, Associate.
  • Consolidate yearly recruitment and training plan
  • Process, verify & maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, labor contract, training, grievances, and punishment.
  • Carry out the recruitment and training activities.
  • Carry out HR processes: discipline, promotion, Org-Chart update, and other HR transactions implementation.
  • Manage all of insurance issues about HI, SI, UI and labor accidents, etc.,
  • Evaluate HR staffs for salary / promotion / bonus under HRM Head Office and DIR’s review
  • Send requested data and report in time as request by HRM Head Office.
  • Support other departments for human resources management and be a connection bridge between board of managers and labours.
  • Follow HRM Head Office to process Yearly Performance Appraisal
  • Manage ISO system of HRD
  • Continuous improvement Projects/ Activities related to HR or follow request by DIR.

Job Requirement

  •  Male/Female
  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree, major in Economics, Business Administration…
  •  Over 3 years of experience in the same position
  •  Deep understanding about HR and company culture
  •  Outstanding communication skills
  •  Proficient in English
