Job Description

- Report to Vietnamese Deputy HR General Manager (female, ~40)
- Assigned to HR Dept., managing 9 Staffs
- Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
  • Supporting HR Deputy General Manager to build up company's salary structure, KPI for whole company and manage performance review system
  • Managing Employee Recognition programs, Performance & Reward programs, C&B, Recruitment, Employment cost & budget control.
  • In conjunction with other branches, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
  • Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills

- Working Time: "8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday); 08:00-12:00 (Saturday twice per month)"

- Monthly Salary: 1,300–1,500USD

Job Requirement

- Essential Requirements:

  • Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ English
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: 35-40
  • Strong General HR knowledge (must manage C&B, talent acquisition, training, employee relation, work permit/visa, knowledge of policy/performance management, KPI, organization development, etc.)
  • At least 4 years of working experience as HR Assistant Manager level in multinational companies with medium and large sizes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Deep knowledge on labor law and government regulations
  • Good management, communication and presentation skills
  • Good human relations and high leadership skills
  • Good problem-solving skill, conflict and crisis management skill and negotiating skill
  • Have a good relationship with government agencies
  • Ability to work under high pressure and over time

- Preferable Requirements:

  • Language Skills: If candidates have ability to communicate in Japanese is preferred
  • Working for company size >500 is preferred

- Desirable Character:

  • Open minded, patient
