We are looking for for an HR Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. HR Assistant responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. This is an opportunity for you to develop to HR Supervisor position.
1. Recruitment (60%)
Conducting full cycle recruitment activities (Posting jobs on websites, searching CV, making interview schedules, interviewing candidates, offering candidates).
Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
Supporting Admin department in preparing seats and facilities for new employees.
Supporting HR Manager in building recruitment plans for the company.
Making report monthly.
2. C&B (40%)
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
Updating internal databases with new hire information.
Gathering payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
Responding to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).
Good command in English.
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or HR Assistant or similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills.
