Job Description

1) Carry out the recruitment process:

  • Posting job on career websit, receiving, searching, screening, filing candidates.
  • Direct interview and coordinate with the other departmetent to interview candidates.
  • Coordinate with related departments in the preparation for reception of new staff to receive the job: Complete the procedures to receive and disseminate the rules, regulations and policies.

2) Timesheet checking, payroll, insurance (for nearly 10 people), PIT finalization

3) Implement other tasks as assigned by Country Manager.

4) Participate in the development and improvement of human resource procedures and policies.

Job Requirement

  • College or higher education
  • Experienced at least 02 years in HR or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English or Chinese 
  • Have a laptop
  • Enthusiam, self-motivated, teamwork
