Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an investment fund. Our client is seeking an HR Director. The role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The HR Director will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, working directly with the CEO and Investment Director to develop and implement a sound HR policy, set up and enhance HR systems and processes, and provide other employee services to not only the current holding company team but all the investee companies in our current portfolio.
Plans and facilitates the HR Strategic planning process, ensuring that comprehensive strategies, plans and budgets are developed, approved and communicated.
Work with management executives and other C-levels within the group to ensures alignment with business strategic priorities and provide relevant consultancy to help business achieve the goals.
Deliver, supervise and ensure high quality of employee life cycle management (recruitment, on-boarding, retention, exit interview)
Work on talent management and succession planning, including identify talents, tracking development activities implementation and progress, and periodically succession review to ensure sufficient workforce pool for future and sustainability
Provide coaching and training to staff regarding objectives setting; performance evaluation and collaborate related stakeholders to identify skills gap and propose career development plan.
Responsible of employees relations related to performance improvement plan, employee disciplinary, act as contact point to address employee issues and concerns.
8+ years of experience in similar positions, preferable background from holdings companies
Ability to quickly understand the business strategy and team dynamics and apply the knowledge in selecting and developing talent
Solid knowledge on KPI setting and measurement; performance management system
Experience in job evaluation, build competitive compensation and benefit structure, HR policies and procedures best practices
Demonstrates resiliency working in an environment of ambiguity, constant change, and conflicting priorities
