We are looking for  potential candidate for Human Resources (HR) Director position with below details:
A challenging and responsible position as Human Resources Director(HRD) with a dynamic working enviroment.
The HRD’s responsible for the management of the Human Resource function which includes Employer Branding, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Appraisal Management, Employee Training and Development, and Employee Integration in order to achieve business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of the Human Resource (HR) Function and Lifecycle.
Liaising with the Marketing Department to ensure that all Employer Branding is modern, innovative, and attractive.
Mediating with Department and Line Managers to ensure the quick, efficient, and effective Recruitment of new Employees.
Implementing Performance Appraisal Management and Employee Training and Development to facilitate high rates of Employee Retention.
Auditing all existing HR Procedures and Policies; and formulating and implementing new and improved Best Practices where necessary.
Managing the Compensation and Benefits Function including Payroll Processing, Leave Administration, Insurance Policies, and Medical Benefits.
Coordinating Internal Purchases and Procurement for the Company and managing all Supplier Professional Service Agreements and Reports.
Drafting Employment Agreements for new Employees in the Company and implementing revisions when necessary.
Liaising with Internal Technology Departments to identify where digitalization and automation can be applied to streamline HR Functions.
Coordinating Internal Events such as Executive Team Building, Seasonal Celebrations, Employee Acknowledgements, and Birthday Parties, etc.
Ensuring that daily operations in the Company are run effectively and smoothly.
Minimum University Degree in a Human Resource (HR), Psychology, and / or Business-related program.
At least 5 years of Human Resource (HR) Management experience.
Experience implementing Human Resource Transformation; as well as Best Practices and Methodologies.
Professional with a strong work ethic, possess common sense, attention to detail, a systematic approach to business, and apply drive and determination to complete all tasks in a timely manner.
Extensive experience in managing teams and people, independent, confident, strong personality, and able to work under pressure.
