Job Description

  • Plan & executive content (publish videos and photography & edit and revise content as necessary) that shares working life/ culture at company through social media, online channels, offline channels
  • Plan & executive engagement activities and events to enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision.
  • Ensure employee are engaged in company initiatives.
  • Edit, design, and print internal publications.
  • Supporting Recruitment to develop ideas for External/ Internal integrated campaigns including new hiring launching, recruitment workshop campaign, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management team.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:  Diploma
  • Experience: 
    • Previous experiences in Employer Branding, HR, Event and Internal Communication.
    • Agency background is plus.
    • Hand-on experiences in survey, event & communication.
  • Competencies: Good spoken and written in English, good knowledge in use of computers
  • Personal Attributes: Pro-activity and quick-learning ability, Good at team working and hard-working
