Job Description

- Be in charge of recruitment including making staffing plan, searching CVs, posting jobs, filtering, interviewing by phone, calling for interviews, making recruitment database,...

- Make interview schedule and appointments;

- Be responsible for daily recruitment update;

- Handle job offer, probation contract, labour contract, appendix of contract, collaboration agreement, resignation decision…

- Responsible of monthly timesheet, annual leave follow up, overtime/ in lieu record

- Do HR and admin tasks;

- Other tasks will be assigned by deputy of HR department and Director.

Job Requirement

-          Bachelor's Degree or above;

-          At least 2 year experience in recruitment 

-          Strong communication, interpersonal skills, sourcing skills & techniques;

-          Proficiency in English & Computer literacy
