Job Description

1. C&B:

  • Perform administrative work related to payroll task
  • Follow up tax records( register code of personal income tax for staffs on current software system; guide staffs how to register list of dependent people; register with Tax Department….)
  • Follow up, manage working days of staffs accurately
  • Follow up original problems related to salary, allowance, back pay, collective arrears, deduction…
  • Prepare all necessary documents for Finance Department to prepare salary settlement.
  • Do all reports related to salary upon request.
  • Follow up, settle payment for staff relating to benefits issues such as sickness, funeral, wedding and so on
  • Contribute, build up regimes and benefits with the aim of encouraging staffs
  • Carry out report related to solving regimes and benefits for staff
  • Coordinate with Head of Human Resources to build salary frame, carry out registering salary level with local authorizes.
  • Make monthly report to General Director.
  • Manage leave applications, follow up compensation leave and annual leave of Staff
  • Manage monthly bonus, yearly bonus for employees

2. Insurance:

  • Check and update all issues related to compulsory insurance and private insurance both local and expats.
  • Check declaration insurance in all cases related to adjustment, increment , decrement, etc…
  • Check documents to claim maternity, sickness sent to County Insurance Agency
  • Coordinate with Financial Department in the process of enumerating and closing personal income tax annually.

3. Others

  • Make labour contracts or appendix for staffs (based on result of performance assessment)
  • Liquidate Labour Contract for resignation cases
  • Review and revise all company policies and procedures for working environment improvement
  • Review, revise and implement performance appraisal, promotion and warning cases for any mismatch or disciplinary cases.
  • Evaluate sub-contractors and make proposal. Manage external contractors (contract, communication) during her areas.
  • Report all HR issues and activities to BOD
  • Support, review, develop and implement Human Resources Strategies/Policy and Procedures in support of the company’s vision, mission and strategy.
  • Coordinate in organizing staff activities/ functions
  • Support company for company events and other activities.
  • Support Head of HR Department to organize training for employees.
  • Coordinate with Head of Human Resources to build annual budget
  • Manage company’s recruitment process by preparing job advertising, screening CVs and conducting interviews (when it is high season of recruitment)
  • Newcomers’ administration.
  • Other works to be assigned by Head of HR

Job Requirement

  • At least 03 years’ experience in C&B, Insurance
  • Have experience in manufacturing working environment.
  • Good at numbers and have good analysis skills
  • Good communication, good personality

       Good command of English
