Organize Orientation training and other training courses effectively based on the annual training plan to meet the internal customers’ needs
Search and recommend proper training courses when the training program needs to be outsourced
♦ Employee Services
Employees’ profile: Prepare and manage accurately and adequately all documents related to Employees such as offer letter, labor contract, personal profile, maintain employment profiles, records and statistics updated, including that for existing and resigned employee’s documents
Develop and implement documents and guidelines for employee boarding process for newly join employees, regular employment for existing employees and exit interview for resigned employees.
♦ Communication and others
Involve in promoting internal communication, such as sharing, internal e-letters… (if any)
Organizing company activities/events such as outing/company trips, year-end party, etc.
2-3 years of working experience in HR field, especially Recruitment
Effective communication in English and Vietnamese, presentation skills
Well-organized, attention to details; teamwork, customer oriented,
Ability to work professionally and under high pressure
