Job Description

We are looking for a leader that wakes up every day thinking about how we can better recruit, engage and communicate with our current and future employees

· You will be a partner working closely with each leader team to ensure all HR work (Recruitment, C&B, Training) effectively.

· You will be an expert at external and internal employment & company branding.

· You will be a leader to set goals, review plans and prepare on-going report to monitor and drive performance.

· Create and drive plans and strategies through acquiring, developing and retaining talented employees, managing performance and administering compensation.

1. Recruitment

  • Create and supervise recruitment yearly plan such as recruitment sources, effectively recruitment process.
  • Oversee a subordinate to recruit all open vacancies effectively and on-time in process.
  • Strong network on LinkedIn and other relationship, in Tech fields is a plus.
  • Work with all BU’s leadership member to get JD, requirement.
  • Create, develop and implement a plan of employee branding.

2. Training

· Supervisor a Subordinate to organize all internal training class at our company.

· Plan and oversee employee orientation and training programs, workplace safety, labor union relations.

3. C&B

· Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labor contract are given to employees on time.

· Oversee a subordinate about Labor Contract, Social Insurance, paperwork, VISA, Work Permit etc.

4. HR management

· Oversee activity to ensure all was implement effectively and on time.

· Supervise and follow up subordinate’s tasks daily to ensure HR store’s work run smoothly.

· Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.

· Build and promote teamwork spirit.

Job Requirement

Your Skills and Experience

·         Require at least a bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a similar field.

·         At least 4 years work in Recruitment, Relation Employee, C&B

·         Making strategic decisions to advance organizational goals

·         Designing effective compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain quality employees.

·         Demonstrate strong HR process such as Recruitment, C&B, Training, etc.

·         Ability to work in a diverse and fast-changing environment and effective leadership and organizational development abilities.

·         Creative, hard-working, be able to work under high pressure
