Job Description

  • Ensure flawless execution of HR functions (i.e., staffing, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, employment law, policy administration, HR data management) via advocating the company philosophy.
  • Develop "Customized Recruitment Strategies" to attract talents to support organization growth and development.
  • Partner effectively with line management to model, shape, communicate and assess an organizational culture that supports the achievements of business objectives, including goals and roles alignment, incentives and accountabilities.
  • Consult and actively influence managers on organization design and resources allocation when implementing realignments, downsizing, outsourcing, and growth strategies. Work closely with line managers to ensure that optimal organizational structures are in place to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with line managers to deliver comprehensive resourcing plans to identify skills / capabilities / strengths and gaps.
  • Lead development of human resource strategy and policies to align with business needs, comply with legal requirements and reflect current HR best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all HR programs and make changes as appropriate in alignment with human resource management system.

Employee Relations:

  • Build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels to demonstrate the awareness of their different needs, background and cultures in bridging their difference with the management.
  • Monitor industrial relations and employee relation development to prevent disputes.
  • Analyze root causes of grievances and take corrective/preventative measures.
  • Provide strategic and tactical guidance to the senior management on all people-related matters to ensure that the highest standards are consistently met.

Organizational Development:

  • Utilize human resources potential through effective communications and leadership of a motivated, properly selected, adequately trained and compensated associates.
  • Ensure the organization’s training and development activities are planned to meet current and future organization and employee needs.

People Development:

  • Continuously build a high performing diverse team of people to achieve objectives.
  • Provide frequent feedback and coaching to others on ways to improve performance.

People Management:

  • Establish high standards of performance and hold associates accountable for meeting those standards.
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure that associates are able to grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance levels.
  • Provide support, recognition and feedback to assist associates towards achieving the desired performance expectations and standards.

Job Requirement

  • University degree, majored in Business Administration / HR Management
  • At least 03 years of managerial level experience;
  • Leadership and presentation skill
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
  • Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity.
