1. Main Job

  • Overall Staff Management of the Organization
  • Developing HR Policy and its implement across the board
  • A pivotal role in recruitment, staff negotiation, performance evaluation, organization development
  • Identifying right source and cost effective method of recruitment
  • Identifying right source to Govt. rules and regulations and its regulatory bodies

2. Job Description

  • Writing and designing the HR Process Manual and Policy and describe work flow chart supported by required form for each process
  • Preparation of Annual Manpower Plan and Manpower Budget
  • Internal and external recruitment planning
  • Conducting Job analysis for each post in the company., also define the Job Description and Job Specification for every available rate in coordination with Department Heads
  • Planning compensation & benefit systems with internal and external data for every level of the company
  • Conducting annual Performance Appraisal System for the entire company
  • Planning for employee succession plan and career in order to accomplish organization and accordingly planning for quarterly/biannually training programs
  • Studying Organization Development need in regard to people, process and culture perspectives
  • Preparing and monitoring employee retention system
  • Integrating of corporate HR function, Value deployment and ensuring employee satisfaction by maintaining a continuous and consistent employee engagement activity
  • Supervising scholarship program for HRDP incumbents
  • Handing Court cases pertaining to HR

Job Requirement

  • BS degree plus an advanced human resource degree/ Diploma 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
  • Good communication skills in English (writing & verbal), Korean will be preferred
  • Should have planning and organization ability, decision thinking, Strong Follow-up skills
  • Should be organized, creative and have excellent analytical skills
  • Have initiative, team builder and driving force abilities
  • Have a good knowledge of best HR practices and understanding of the Vietnamese Labor Law
  • Good command in MS Office Tools
