Job Description

  • Recruiting and staffing;
  • Organizational departmental planning;
  • Performance management and improvement systems;
  • Organization development;
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
  • Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
  • Policy development and documentation;
  • Employee relations;
  • Company-wide committee facilitation;
  • Company employee and community communication;
  • Compensation and benefits administration;
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;

Job Requirement

- Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above) and English (business level)

- Have knowledge and experience of C&B, Talent Development

- Have leadership skills (team of 10 staffs)

- Teamwork skill, eager to learn, work hard to accomplish target

- MS Office: Excel, Word, Access,...

- Good communication skills, can do speech, ability to inspire teammates

- Have work experience in manufacturing industry

- Can go on business trip if required
