Job Description

TECH-LINK SILICONES VIETNAM is a 100% Foreign Invested Company, specializes in manufacturing of high technology products for automotive parts and household, Silicone glue pipe, liquid Silicone Rubber, Silicone polymer. We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of HR Manager as the following Job description:

• Human Resources Management
- Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, KPIs & performance appraisal, training development)
- Recommend solution of HR organization chart & department responsibilities
- Plan and manage recruitment
- Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities
- Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees
- Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees
- Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention
- Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved
- Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development

- Develop company culture

- Support Trade Union

- Update new Laws, new regulations and give advices to the company
- Develop HR reports as required for CEO
Administration Management
- Manage and supervise Admin staff
- Develop and implement administrative system
- Build, update Admin policies and procedures
- Yearly planning and organizing teambuilding, year-end party, health check

• Compliance and HSE

Manage and supervise HSE and compliance team to meet the standard and requirement (for internal and customer audit)
• Others assigned by CEO

Job Requirement

• At least 5 year experience, used to work  in factory ( ~500 employees up)
• University degree 
• Strong knowledge in Labor Law, experience working with audit 
• Good at English  or Chinese (report to Taiwanese and Hong Kong Director)
• Strong leadership and management skill
• Have sense of HR management & development
• Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.
