Company Profile:

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a Europe company in manufacturing and service in industrial equipment. They are seeking a professional with at least 10 years of experience in Human Resources with proven track records of performance for the job of Human Resources Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Summary:

Supporting and directly reporting to Regional Head of HR, you are responsible for leading the HR function to support all Business Unit, implement and monitor the administration of all human resource activities and policies. You will play the role of a strategic business partner to manage HR related areas including but not limited to recruitment, compensation, benefits, staffing, social compliance, employee relations, training/development functions.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversees recruitment and retention, on-boarding, employee relations, compliance, training, payroll, compensation & benefits, health & safety, talent development, retention

· As a trusted HR advisor, formulating HR strategies in close collaboration with the business leaders by providing guidance

· Responsible for the development and administration of HR policies and procedures, employee records and reporting

· Working together with the leadership team to drive a cultural change in the organization to become a high performing organization by applying company’s Vision & Mission and leadership principles and essentials

· Drive proactively process improvements in HR as a part of our global process improvement activities

· Acting as bridge head between local HR team and (sub-) regional HR in order to align and harmonize HR strategies, policies and processes

· Leading and developing the team in an engaging and modern way

· Negotiate, support and consult Trade Union representative and third parties in term of building relationship

· Update new Laws, new regulations of Vietnam and give advices to the company

Job Requirement

·      Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources (or related)

·      At least 5-7 years’ experience with proven record in industrial companies

·      Leading a team of local HRs and working in matrix organization in MNC with a high cultural diversity

·      Experience in defining HR strategies to support short term to long term business strategies

·      Experience in dealing with Union and well versed in local labor laws

·      Excellent at communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Fluent in English communication
